To USA

Unless otherwise noted, shipping is free but any duty, tariff, taxes or broker fees (see below) are the buyer’s responsibility.

For single orders shipping to the USA is done via Canada Post’s flat-rate “Small Packet – Airmail” service which is estimated at 4 to 10 days and is insured through U-Pic.  Please note that this service to the USA does not offer a tracking number nor a guaranteed delivery time frame.  It can take longer than the estimated time depending on the destination and rural centres generally take longer than major urban centres.

Bundled orders are shipped via Canada Post’s “USA Expedited Parcel” service which is estimated at 4 to 8 days and includes a tracking number and insurance.  It can take longer than the estimated time depending on the destination and rural centres generally take longer than major urban centres.

If you would like a faster method let me know and I’ll work out the additional charges.   Canada Post does offer services which provide tracking numbers, insurance and guaranteed 1, 2 or 3-day delivery and these additional costs range from approximately +$5.50 (“Tracked Packet,” tracking number, insurance, no time-frame guarantee), $25 (“XPressPost,” tracking number, insurance, guaranteed 1 or 2-day delivery depending on location) to +$70 (“Priority Post” guaranteed 2-day service, tracking number, insurance) for USA delivery.

Duty & Customs Note

Any duty, taxes or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility whether on the initial order or a return shipment.
