As spring was starting to happen around me, the flower markets in Marseille were a delight to visit. These are mostly Ranunculus in a variety of bright, bright colours. This one’s on slightly larger paper than I usually work on as I was experimenting with larger paper real estate. Original small watercolour on 100% cotton 140lb white paper. (This is not a reproduction.)
